We e-mail back to our customers all accepted and declined credit card(s) through our secured shopping cart system. Due to high demand please allow 2 days for your product to ship. We will supply you with a tracking number.

We are shipping all of our orders via  or only for U.S.A. destination customers only.  For Credit Card Orders - We will also include your credit card receipt ( No Card # is on the PAPERWORK for your security) with the appropriate invoice paperwork for your record keeping purposes with the BACKPACKSHIELD that you ordered. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible via FedEX  or UPS we offer full shipment tracking at no extra charge.  For customers that already have a FedEX or UPS account the shipping charges will appear on their next billing statement.

We also offer UPS Ground, Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select featuring UPS's new free "Signature Tracking" that provides enhanced tracking and delivery information.
